How to advertise on the Coweta Fayette Real Estate Website:

Coweta Fayette Real Estate offers more than a banner ad.  We give you a complete web presence. We guarantee that your business name will be listed #1 in the Google search engine in 14 or less days or you don't pay!

 For Advertisers covered under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act or other parties desiring a non-exclusive advertising position:

Option 1) The advertiser shall have a non-exclusive position on the web site. Ten 120 x 300 banner ads throughout the site linked to a specific detail page describing the advertising customer and the services or products offered.  There will be a banner on the index page at least 50% of the time the ad is in service.  This detail page may be linked to the advertiser's website. Cost is $250 setup fee plus $225 per month, with a three month minimum.

Option 2) The advertiser shall have a non-exclusive position on the web site. There will be a 120 x 300 banner in the footer or left hand border of every page (Excluding printable brochures) on the site linked to a specific detail page describing the advertising customer and the services or products offered.  This detail page may be linked to the advertiser's website. Cost is $300 setup fee plus $295 per month, with a three month minimum.

Note: Fees are fixed and there shall be no expectation of quid pro quo from advertiser to the website owner or vice versa, other than the payment of the published fee from the advertiser to the web owner in exchange for advertising. The website owner, Coweta Fayette Real Estate, Inc. is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia.

For Advertisers not covered under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act that desire an exclusive advertising position:

Option 1) The advertiser shall have an exclusive position on the web site.* Ten 120 x 300 banner ads throughout the site linked to a specific detail page describing the advertising customer and the services or products offered.  There will be a banner on the index page at least 50% of the time the ad is in service.  This detail page may be linked to the advertiser's website. Cost is $250 setup fee plus $325 per month, with a three month minimum.

Option 2) The advertiser shall have an exclusive position on the web site.* There will be a 120 x 300 banner in the footer or left hand border of every page (Excluding printable brochures) on the site linked to a specific detail page describing the advertising customer and the services or products offered.  This detail page may be linked to the advertiser's website. Cost is $300 setup fee plus $395 per month, with a three month minimum.

*Exclusive position means no other advertiser in a specific business field.  For example, there may be one exclusive building service and one exclusive cleaning service. Also, the reciprocal links page is excluded from any exclusive agreement, and may possibly contain links to competing sites.

Coweta Fayette Real Estate, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any advertising that may be offensive, controversial, of an adult nature, in violation of Federal Fair Housing Practices, or any other advertising that is deemed unsuitable for any reason. Coweta Fayette Real Estate, Inc. will not sell advertising to competing brokers or agents in our market area.
