Q. Why would I pay up front for any real estate buyer services?

A. Very few organizations actually perform a service gratis. However, in most cases, the seller pays the real estate agents a commission!  This is always true if a property is listed on one of the multiple listing services. When the seller pays the commission, you pay nothing.
